  I took my F150 in for an estimate after an accident. The estimate went smoothly, but a week later I got a message saying I owed $150 for the estimate. I signed a blank work order for the estimate, which did not show any charges, and at no time was I told there would be a charge. I responded to their messages saying I was not told about the charge. Finally, I was threatened that this would be turned over to accounts for collection and we gave in and paid. The whole experience was hostile and threatening. They would not even admit that the service dept was at fault even though my written estimate did not include charges, they handed me the keys and wished a safe trip back North.

  Our service experience with Mrs. Matute and her team was exceptional from start to finish. The team was dedicated to resolving our issue and they went above and beyond for us. Thier hard work and dedication resulted in a positive outcome. Ms. Hyde and Mr. Timothy were very supportive and knowledgeable, they provided timely updates on our vehicle progress. We are thankful to the team for the wonderful experience and care we received. We look forward to doing business in the near future with BEC Service Department.

  I agree with the other reviews about lack of communication and attention to customers. I have experienced very poor to non-existent response from the parts personal. I hope to raise my rating to a higher level when their service improves!

  Didn't visit Belize Estates. Went to Bowen & Bowen distribution centre at the same location for bottled water and tins of Beliken Beer. Helpful staff

  Purchased two vehicles here over the years. I am NOT extremly brand loyal by that I mean I study the stats, news and direction of car manufacturers and narrow my choices for quality, safety, reliability, resale value, support, etc. In Belize, determining which new car to get is largely dependent on which company offers excellent support and service. I find Belize Estate to be at the top and there costs are very competitive.
