  The people were friendly, I think they could do it a little faster but otherwise everything was fine for me

  Impossible to reach them via phone. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told that the person I was trying to reach for a credit card application was unavailable. The receptionist took my phone number to have them call me back but I never got any calls back. I also tried to reach them directly at their extension numerous times but the calls never go through. Take your business to another bank -10/5

  Customer Service is just too slow I have to spend 2 or more Hours waiting each time need improvement. The online service's are good.

  I’ve never felt loyal to a bank until it came to Belize Bank. The customer service is exceptional and the staff that I’ve come across has made my experience easy and convenient.
