  Although the rooms were a bit dated, they were exceptionally large and very clean. Gordo was a great host anytime we needed anything. He was right there helping us out. Great location close enough to town that you can walk to everything but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you needed to make meals if you chose to. The pool next-door was close, clean quiet. Not a lot to do at the villa but relax.

  It’s not the Four Seasons, but if you’re here, you didn’t want that anyways. If you’re looking for this kind of property, stop looking and book it! It’s well appointed, clean, and quiet. More importantly, it’s run by people who genuinely care about your experience. Many rental condo hosts seem like they want to do as little as possible - this one was the opposite. The room was nice, and away from the bustle of town without feeling far away. The air conditioner worked well, as did the (free!) on-site laundry.

  I had an excellent experience staying here at the Dream villas. Lisa has been such a wonderful host from the start of my trip until the day I was leaving the island. The property itself is incredible. It is fully furnished and wifi included. It also comes with kitchen appliances and utensils and onsite free laundry machines to use, it was perfect for our two weeks stay here (FYI we extended our stay 2x because we loved it so much). it is gated so you won't have to worry about safety. The location of the villas is perfect, only a few minutes drive from the downtown area, VERY convenient. Lisa provided a binder inside the villa with all the information there is to know on the island. IT was super helpful. Thank you Lisa! On top of that, Lisa went above and beyond and arranged us a taxi driver from mainland to the water taxi and as well as from the water taxi to the villas. Lisa made everything so easy and smooth and it was just beyond words can describe. I highly recommend this place because it is everything you can imagine. This is by far the best travel experience I've ever had. Shoutout to Gordo for being very responsive to our services and needs, very friendly and kind. Thank you and I very much appreciated everything!!!! I will be back soon!!!

  Booking with Lisa was incredible! The property was central enough to be close to anything you would need or want but still removed from the busy streets to be quiet. Her response rate was quick and helpful and provided insights for things to do, see, or whatever else you may be looking for. It was the perfect vacation getaway with all of the comforts of home (laundry facilities, kitchen with kitchenware, linens, etc.). Would stay again next time we are in San Pedro!

  We loved staying at the Tropical Dream Villas! We could not have asked for a better stay. Lisa made us feel welcome right away and had a binder in the room full of tips and recommendations for the island. She answered all of our questions and was very attentive to any need we had while we were there. The bed was soft and comfortable. The shower was always hot, which was nice after a long day on the beach. When we arrived on the ferry, she helped us with our luggage and guided us back to her place following her on the golf cart. We could not have asked for a better stay. We would recommend her villa to anyone.
