  Jonathan provided excellent customer service. He was very patient as I didn't know where to begin looking in the store. I am truly humbled by his level of care. Thank you Jonathan, and thanks Ms Janet for taking my positive feedback.

  They have a wide selection of items but my goodness CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.. Every single time I go there I get upset like what are their core values. They work without a care in the world for people time. Their only focus seem to be on collecting money that's it. Nothing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. I thought it was the Belizean culture but can't even blame the culture for why they are so horrible at CUSTOMER SERVICE. Did multiple purchases, spent thousands of dollars and went again to purchase some items spent another $1,800.00, did the transfer online, provided them of a copy of the receipt and I just told the guy I need to take just the 6lbs of common nails and you would not believe they refuse to release 6lbs of nails because they are not seeing the money in their account right away. Like seriously who would steal 6lbs of nails. We all know the bank has timing on when they run their online processes and we can't do a refund on a transfer that has already been posted. Some things are just common sense. And how much would 6lbs of common nail cost out of $1,800 bucks. Like really.... Nothing like Brothers Habet... customer is exceptional over there.
