  An absolute hidden GEM. I can’t give this place enough praises. Beautiful location and one of the best home made meals I have had in all of Belize. The bird view tour after lunch was also stunning and the guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Would absolutely return.

  We spent two nights at the lodge and really enjoyed our visit. The lodge has a very remote feeling to it. Lots of birds. Staff is friendly and the food is good. I really enjoyed the fried chicken and fish. Great experience!

  We recently stopped by with some bird watching friends and not only were the staff super friendly but they were very accommodating (they were 4 of us and they were nice enough to put a spare mattress in the room for us) not to mention the beautiful views from the Docks, loads of Birds, Nature and Frogs of all sorts. They also serve a Buffet at 6:30! Which was nice but I’ll mind you it isn’t included with the room price, the rooms have more to be desired and their nice enough, it’s also in the middle of a jungle so you get what you really pay for for the location. if your an avid bird watcher and don’t care about insane luxury, this is your place to visit for a couple days!! Its worth a trip at least once while your traveling in Belize, and yes, The staff speak both Spanish and English so you’ll have no issues with communication and asking questions!

  We made a reservation for two nights at the Bird’s Eye View Lodge and paid directly. Then my Son became sick and we had to return directly. The hotel paid everything back without any doubt. That is what I call service and best play to stay. Thank you management and other people from Bird’s Eye View Lodge. If we can we will come back, shake hands and stay for a long time.

  We went here for biding and had a great time. Lots of birds around the property and we also booked a group boat tour through the lodge. The guide for the boat tour was excellent. At the lodge the staff were very helpful and the meals they served were very tasty. We had hoped to see Jabiru at the lodge, but we were a little early in the dry season and water levels were still a bit high.
