::Hands down the nicest indoor bar in the north of Belize, unfortunately, either pricing or attitude keeps this place steadily empty. The air conditioning and seating is nice. Dress code for men but not women is odd. Food is hot garbage and they don't seem to care when complaints are registered. Hopefully, they get some new management and salvage the location

::After having a couple of bad first impressions at 2 other restaurants down the road from Blues Bites, we didn't come with any expectations in terms of service or food quality. It is a self order setup. As I walked up to the counter, a pleasant man greeted me with a smile. Then, a woman promptly came up, handed me a menu, and was ready to take our order. They had a nice menu selection! It's not too big but not too small. There were about four 4 tops, and they were all filled with patrons, all Belizeans, which to me was a good sign! I ordered the chicken wings, single ceviche, watermelon juice, and crispy chicken burger. It all came out quite prompty! There are 3 different kinds of wings to pick from, honey, spicy, and "naked" with no sauce. I selected the honey and spicy for 1 order of wings. It came with fries and a small portion of cold slaw. It was delicious!! It was seasoned well, where it had enough spice to make you want more. The fries were crispy and not oil logged. We also got the single ceviche, and it was well flavored and a reasonable amount for the price. All in all, definitely stop by if you're in town and would like a relaxing vibe, good service, delicious food, with nice music and a view.
