  I've been trying to get a recall air bag replaced through Bravo for over 5 yrs now and I am still waiting because they continuously make what I feel is excuse after excuse after excuse about the parts has to be ordered and every time I call its the same old story we will call you back and they never did. Its taking way too long and I need answers and resolution. I live in Michigan but my family is there so there is someone available to bring the truck to be serviced. I got another recall notice today again. I am so frustrated. Can I get a call back from someone from Bravo they have all my information.

  Good Customer service but like any dealership the price for repairs etc. Is high. You can get a new car or truck to order & shipped here that's quite nice. Will consider when I buy my next car.
