::Not this specific location but the Car One Rental Belize at the Phillips airport rented out what appeared to be a in good shape Jeep Cherokee, white in color. Come to find out that the brakes needed to be changed, transmission was slipping and gears 3 4 and 5, and acceleration was stunted across the board. It was dangerous to drive and we ended up taking public transportation and hotel.trasnportation. They did say they would have replaced the car but we didn't have time to deal with that as we only had four days on ground. When I came back and said I refuse to pay for the car this expensive for this kind of quality, they stated there's nothing they could do. No refunds. I'd originally booked with Alamo and they ran out of cars and took me to this place instead. One star, would not rent from them ever again.

::My experience with Car One Rental in Belize was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I landed at the airport, their team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed for exploring the country. What really stood out was the personal touch Abdul, the owner, actually checked in with us mid-trip to make sure everything was running smoothly. When our GPS wasn't working, one of the staff literally guided us all the way to our hotel. It felt more like borrowing a car from a local friend than dealing with a rental company. We'll definitely be booking with them again next time we're in Belize!

::I love renting my vehicles from Car One Rental Belize as I visit Belize multiple times a year. On my recent trip to Belize, I rented a 2020 Toyota 4Runner for two weeks. I visited the northern, western and southern part of the country during my visit. One of my most adventurous drive was to the Cockscomb Basin but before going on that adventure I called Car One Rental Belize’s office to confirm that it was a location I was allowed to take the vehicle. I was attended on the phone by Mr. Lucio, he said that I would be allowed and told me not to hesitate in calling if any issues would arise. My family and I visited on a rainy day but that was not an impediment. Throughout my rental time I had no issues with the vehicle. The interior was exceptionally clean when I received it from them. I can say they have excellent customer service as they are professional, attentive, polite, and patient from past experiences. I definitely will continue having business with Car One Rental Belize and continue to recommend to friends and family.
