::We patronize Shell stations throughout the US, Mexico and here in Belize, and we've never had to pay to use a restroom until I stopped here. We made purchases inside the store, but they still charged my family 2.00 a head to use an unsanitary restroom ...which leaves very little room to wonder why certain odors are so prevalent nearby. A Shell service station that charges its customers to use their restroom is unscrupulous. There are better alternatives along your route, regardless of the direction you are traveling.

::Bad customer service I'm not a racist but really bad customer service.. also I'm still waiting for her to top up my account I payed for phone credit she said right now I'll go and add your credit dame it's been a good while and I'm still waiting.. I'll remove this review until I get my money back or my top up . Also I'm a license Tour guide always stop there except for this morning the same grumpy lady.. leave uno issues at home no bring it to work and release it on the customers.. I'll be waiting for my top of not I'll drive over back to get a video of it horrible service I'm not a racist guy but I had enough

::Cashier made a billing error, she admitted it was wrong, but said she already entered it in their system and doesn’t know how to fix it. Lack of training shouldn’t be an excuse for over charging people and keeping the money.

::The gas station has upgraded its facilities since the last time I’ve been there. They have opened one of the nicest gas station convenience stores I have ever seen a gas station have. They also sell your everyday essentials so the local people have access to a shop and ATM services. This will definitely be an everyday stop on my daily commute

::They charge $2 for the washroom. It was not clean nor did it have soap. There’s a bunch of workers relieving themselves in the yard and frankly I don’t blame them as I wouldn’t want to pay either and it’s likely cleaner outside. Also there is a window only store, so you can’t go inside to escape the blazing sun. We won’t be back and will plan to get gas elsewhere.
