  When we first arrived they let us know they'd upgraded us from the room we asked for to a suite. The room we'd asked for was a "pool view" room on the ground floor, which I'm really glad we did not get, as the hotel can throw some parties. Most nights the music ends at 10, but I guess Fridays it may go on till midnight. The room I got did not have good hot water, it turns out the room is a bit far from the hot water heater. I asked for it to be fixed, but the difference was not noticeable after the repair guys adjusted it. Turns out the trick to mitigate that is to turn on the shower and sink hot water until hot water is established, then it stays reasonably warm. Also, we were told that drinking water (5 gallons) here would be $40. I thought that the price was pretty steep considering Belize's 2 to 1 exchange rate, only to discover after they brought water in that they meant $40 US, which means drinking water here costs about twice as much as we pay for gasoline in the 'States. But the rooms are clean, the service is good, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

  Great people and locals. My favorite type, had a minor issue at first check in(TV remote). They fixed it by the time I was back in room. I'll see you guys again soon!! Love Bob!

  A bit dated and could use a refresh here and there, but then again that's why we went here, everything was clean, the service was out of this world, the bar food is above average, the bar staff is amazing, the pool was very nice, the chicken drop was fun, having a dive shop near by was cool, they really go above and beyond to provide a great experience, definitely recommend for a down to earth fur experience.

  I was spending a few days on San Pedro and just needed a room for 1 night. Most places require a minimum of 3. I stayed in one of the apartments just around the restaurant. It was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the quesadillas are pretty darn good! A special shout-out to Janine who made it all happen; she's the best! Highly recommend staying there.

  The staff was excellent. The rooms pretty good except for lack of hot water. The location is very good. Nice beachfront to walk down. The restaurant behind was okay but the massage ladies were spectacular. Such a wonderful experience.
