  Had a flight delay and picked up the car 2 hours later than my reservation. The lady at the office seemed irritable when she was processing our car rental. But, when we finally got the car, Erlindo was outside and accommodating. He was there when we returned the car, and I asked him if we can get a ride to the water taxi station. He told us we can, but it had to be from their location in Belize City. So he called over to their office to let them know we were coming. We rented an SUV and it was perfect for everything we needed.
