  My experience was not very good. The receptionist and the people who do the blood work and ultrasound were great but my issue was with the doctor and his nurse. They are very rude and dismissive. I informed the doctor of my concerns including thinking my iud had moved. He told me that isn’t true because it doesn’t move. Come to find out the ultra sound proved it had. His demeanor was very sarcastic including when I couldn’t make it in for tests the next day both him and his nurse raised their voice at me because apparently that was an issue.Then because I didn’t understand the directions he was giving me about where to get my medications filled he decided to raise his voice to tell me to pay attention, it was a very uncomfortable experience and I will not be going to that doctor again. Let’s hope the other doctors they have on staff are professional and respectful because he was not.I thought NHI is paid by the government therefore they are still getting their money. So then why is it being treated differently NHI patients can only get tests done on certain days and when they do blood work they don’t receive it until days later I had mine done on Friday and I still haven’t received it. It seems like going to the hospital would be the same thing as going to get seen with NHI which is pointless.

  The receptionist and Doctor are exceptionally friendly. They provide all the professionalism that can be expected of them and more by being familiar and caring. Dr Reyes is kind enough to explain his analysis in as down to earth terms for the most common patient to understand.
