  Horrible experience, says pet friendly om booking.com and even showed him but the lazy owner sitting in a chair acting like he is doing you a favor just says NO WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. I would give this place a negative star if I could.

  I absolutely loved my stay at Las Palmas Hotel in Corozal! The room was a good size, very clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel itself is beautiful on the outside, and the owners, Charlie and his wife, were incredibly helpful. There’s someone available 24/7 if needed, which is a nice touch. It’s also well-located, just a 5-7 minute walk from the bus station. Highly recommend! Thank you to Charlie and his wife for making my stay so enjoyable.

  First off, our room was very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed here an extra two days. For the price, I do not think you can beat this in town. The staff are always ready to help, and they have laundry service, which is very convenient. The wifi was good. We would stay here again. Everything you need is in walking distance.

  Really nice place to stay while in the area. The owner, Charlie, is an excellent host with lots of great advice on places to see and eat. Good safe location with a closed compound at night and 24 hour staff at the front end. The rooms are okay, with nee AC units. The rooms and areas are very clean. The showers took some time to get heat but when it comes it's good and the pressure is great. No mini fridge nor coffee maker which would have been nice, but we managed just fine without. Would stay there again.

  Very comfortable and safe place to stay in Corozal. Charlie is the owner and is extremely nice. He is always willing to help and is very considerate. When we arrived we were extremely well received and attended to. The rooms have new and silent air conditioning. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms have TV, the shower is hot and good. The pillows are very comfortable as well. Charlie helped us with getting around the city, indicating and calling a taxi driver he trusted, who took us out to eat and on the other routes we had to do. The taxi driver was very nice, reliable and charged us very fair values ​​(far below the values ​​that other people had tried to charge us before) The hotel's location is excellent for those arriving or taking the boat in Corozal. You can walk, approximately 5 minutes. It is also a good location for those taking a bus or crossing the border, in which case you will need to take a taxi and Charlie can refer honest, trustworthy people who charge fair prices. We stayed for one night here and I highly recommend it, you will be very well attended and will have a great accommodation.
