::This is not right. You move here from another country and get. a PO bo set up for only essentials and I was told I had to pay in October nd then be sure I paid my PO box again two months prior to the new year, Did both. And then my daughter sent. old Iphone 7 that she said...cost her $133 USD and they sent it back to her???? This is wrong. I do want my money back for my PO box and Will step up to the plate to the mayor or above. Why as a new foreighner moving to the country trying to do the right thing get this type of treatment., WRONG!!!!! It is called customer service. My Dad who is 80 worked for the USPS for 45 years. He started as a carrier and moved his way up to Postmaster General. Why do we not want to help and work together to make things the best we can.

::Worst service ever tried to call the number provided and no-one ever answered. When you get there in person the people there are always angry and have grumpy attitude and they act like they don't like there job and give you a stressful experience. Hoping I never have to have something shipped to me through them ever again.
