::Very slow service. After a half hour of waiting for our food we prompted our waitress to please check on it. She went to the kitchen and brought it back and it was cold. The quality was typical cafeteria or institutional food and not great. The only good thing to say about it was we had lunch in Belize.

::I've watched this hotel decline. It is a shadow of it's former self, and its not due to age. The cause may be a result of botched management or the fact it caters to a devaluated currency, the Mexican peso. The rooms are neat and clean but if you're in one that has two doubles be sure to choose the less favorable because the other will undoubtably lean and squeak. Their continental breakfast is a thing of the past. The menu prices are listed in US dollars and has doubled. Hey call it inflation but that doesn't account for the fact that your meal arrives at room temperature. If you're there for gaming then it's okay, BUT if you're caught between borders make sure you have adequate cash because they no longer accept credit cards of any sort. The receptionist will point you to an ATM which will charge you like a desperate gambler who has to make a wager. In all honesty I would recommend you spend the night in Chetumal Mexico instead, or check in with Belize immigration and stop in Corozal. It'll be much cheaper and you'll enjoy it more. If you do decide to stay try and secure a room on the first level which is the second floor. There are no elevators or porters. And bring your own soap. . . The staff are genuine, but don't ask for a cup of coffee. The waitress will do it cheerfully but it may take a while and it won't be piping hot. She has go downstairs and trek halfway across the casino to get it. The dining area offers none. I give it 2 stars only because of their staff. They will try and make you feel comfortable with what management has given them to work with.

::The service was rude. Waitress do not want to serve, they look so unhappy. The bartenders look frustrated, and they will usually hand you a flat soda. The buffet service too long, but it was really good. I enjoyed the stuffed chicken, the cost of buffet represented the quality of the food.

::The restaurant here has bad customer service sat on my table for 20 minutes before someone brought a menu for me, the food tasted old and not fresh...the shrimps is over cooked ,vegetables they used looks old and frozen. Never again and price for old food here is pricey. Next time I’ll take my business to Vegas instead. Sorry I don’t have any picture but feel free to go and try it yourself be warned.
