  Great location, access to view river. Mini fridge in room. A/c available. Hot water for the shower.

  Was a smooth check in ..friendly service.room was spacious. Everything was working fine. I felt very comfortable.. maybe a snack in the fridge would be nice

  My first overnight experience in Belize was this beautiful place; amazing friendly staff, flowery garden right by the river, super clean rooms. It truly felt like a dream. If you’re visiting in Orange Walk, this place is for you.

  Moderate hotel with fair set of amenities. Nothing to complain. Good guys as a team . Warm and receptive. This is possibly the best place to stay in this county. I could have rated better, but for the maintenance is the only improving space they have. The have a river in the backyard. CAUTION : THERE ARE REPORTINGS OF CROCODILES. Avoid waddling into water

  I really liked this hotel. Family run and the desk gives excellent service. Marja, in particular, is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Good value! The gardens and river docks and benches are remarkable. So great to hang out and relax and watch the birds and the river flow by. Really nice restaurant up on the corner. Aegea Blue.
