::dr chavez is very unprofessional. he arrived late and sleepy to our appointment. he didn't even say good morning. the whole while, he was slouching on his chair and yawning. paying a good amount of money for such behavior is not fair

::Sugar city hospital is one of the best facility I can recommend for everyone in Belize š§šæ the doctors are qualified specialists with many years experiences. Their workers are very welcoming to people. Even in the middle of the night they are ready to save peopleās lives. My father in-law Eric Chi always says, government hospitals are less costly but if you want quality healthcare is private which everyone knows is expensive but you will get a good results and sugar city is part of the best healthcare center in Belize. The best surgeons in Belize if you want top 3 Dr Rosita is part. Top 3 orthopedic surgeons Dr Chavez is part including other top notch doctorsā¦these show how safe their patients areš.

::I will not be going back to this place ever again. I had my baby here and I regretted it. My family wasnāt able to come to my room unless it was 2 at a time. I was literally the only person in the whole clinic. The manager is very rude while the other employees are nice and professional she is the primary reason why no one should go back. After having my baby I went to have an iud inserted when I went to pay the Dr told me one thing and she told me another she charged me an extra $100 dollars when I asked her for the breakdown she changed the prices of what the Dr originally told me and then added an extra fee and said thatās charged by the clinic but couldnāt explain why. Months later and I find out my IUD wasnāt even placed correctly. I spoke to the doctor about it and he stated that it moved because it my period. I had to go to a whole new facility to get this fixed. Every one I asked stated that it was no where close where it was suppose to be. Highly disappointed in this place and like I said before I will not be returning.

::We visited recently due to a medical emergency. The staff was amazing, the place is clean and Dr. Jimenez is the best!
