  My wife and I recently stayed at The Sea Glass Inn in Placencia for an anniversary get-away. The owners, Tom and Lori, were exceptionally helpful in providing insight and suggestions BEFORE and DURING our stay. Anywhere from what to expect at the airport in Belize City and/or Placencia to local currency to restaurant suggestions in the village to arranging excursions. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our special day! Complimentary fresh coffee and fruit juice were a part of every morning's introduction to another day in paradise. Our room was exceptionally efficient and thoughtfully arranged - a comfortable bed, sufficient storage, a mini fridge, beautiful cozy bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and plenty of outlets. There were sizeable, open verandas on both sides of the second floor where the five guest rooms were located. These areas were a great relaxation spot for morning coffee or evening wind-down in the topical breeze. A stay at The Sea Glass Inn also gets you into the Placencia Beach Club for relaxing in the pool or by the beach. A variety of local cocktails and food are available for purchase, as well. Take advantage of the ability to connect with the owners before and during your stay to get all your questions answered. Highly recommend!

  I would highly recommend a stay at The Sea Glass Inn. When we return to Placencia, we’ll be staying here, again. After completing a week of scuba diving, we were looking for the perfect mix of cost effective and luxury - which this place has struck the perfect balance of. The owner was phenomenal and incredibly nice and accommodating. He gave us direct access to a tour guide and was willing to help set up any excursions we may have been interested in. I will only be recommending The Sea Glass Inn to anyone staying in Placencia!

  I’ve been to Placencia many times and stayed at many hotels and airbnbs. This was by far the best of them all! I have to say that I was blown away!!! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, with serious artistic eye and attention to detail. Tom, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful and made our stay seamless; including a free trip to the airport and arranging our activities! A great refteshing drink on arrival and central to everything you need! Stay here you can’t go wrong!

  We just finished a 5 night stay at Sea Glass Inn and we were exceptionally happy with our decision to stay here. In my opinion, the location is ideal, a very short walk to the Sidewalk and all the goings on in town, but the Inn location is just far enough away to keep it quiet and peaceful. Tom and Lori and the team are really what make this place shine. You can tell how much they care about the quality of your stay and it adds so much to the experience. Chosen at the bar makes an incredible drink and Lori even stepped up with a signature cocktail one day while we we relaxing at the small but gorgeous beach and that was awesome as well! All the recommendations and tours set up through Tom and Lori were right on point. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

  Tom and Lori are such cool people and they have created a wonderful experience at Sea Glass Inn. The rooms are so well thought out and the beds are super comfy. Location is quiet and it's easy to walk anywhere in Placencia Village. They also connected us with the greatest guides for activities like snorkeling and a tour of the Monkey River. Would definitely come back here!
