  The agent, Charlie, was very helpful and informative throughout the process. Living in Las Vegas and Vista being in Belize was a little apprehensive with only phone and online communication but being in constant contact with Charlie for any of my concerns was very reassuring.   We had an excellent experience working with Chris Moguel and the Vista team! Chris Moguel is outstanding! We had our property for sale with many different real estate agencies in the past, what we found unfortunately, is that those other real estate agencies tend to sit and wait for the apple to fall from the tree. What Chris does is to shake the tree and then obtain the best apple! He is articulate, professional, outgoing and gets the job done! The legal services they work with Flores and Co LLC in Placencia is also excellent and professional. Everything went smoothly and as professional as could be. Don't think twice if you want a genuine professional to handle your property! Time is of essence! if you want to get your property sold look no further!
