::My daughter and I spent a week in Placencia, Belize this past October (2025) and absolutely loved our stay at **Belizean Nirvana**. This little slice of paradise sits right on the beach — and I mean *right* on the beach. Step out the door of your room (if you’re on the lower level), and your feet are practically in the sand. The ocean view is stunning, and the rooftop offers an incredible, unobstructed view of the sunrise — the perfect way to start each day. The hotel itself is small and just a short walk from the main strip, but once you’re on the beach, you’d never know how close you are to shops and restaurants. We spent many lazy afternoons dozing on the lounge chairs or swaying in the hammock on our porch. The staff were wonderfully warm and accommodating, always happy to adjust to our schedule and make sure we had everything we needed. This isn’t a large resort with pools or on-site restaurants. It’s a cozy, peaceful spot that’s ideal if you want to unwind, disconnect, and soak up the real Belizean vibe. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Barbara and her amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!

::We had traveled from Northern Belize to Nirvana and the name says it all. Our family of four was met at the airport by the friendliest staff, Levi, he welcomed us by telling us about Belize and specifically Placencia on our short drive to Nirvana. Upon arriving we met Carolyn the managing staff, she greeted us and showed us to our accommodations for our visit. The amenities were outstanding. The breakfast was always something different. Truly on the beach. As far as reviews go. 10 out of 10. 5 stars out of 5 stars. I cannot say enough about this place. We have traveled extensively and I am telling you. We are absolutely booking another stay in Nirvana. It felt like home.

::Mu husband and I stayed here eight nights and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms have everything you could need including a kitchenette, robes to wear out on the beach or out on your balcony, and most importantly the most amazing view ever. The staff were so wonderful and accommodating and they provided a delicious continental breakfast every morning. Nirvana is within walking distance of everything in Placentia Village and, we felt like we were getting to know many of the locals before we ended up having to leave. We will most definitely be back!

::Fabulous boutique hotel situated right on the beach. Excellent location. Great service. Daily breakfast was very tasty. Friendly service. Free use of kayaks and bicycles. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend! Thankyou Barbara and Evan.

::Loved it. So clean, everything worked well. Nice breakfast, very helpful staff. Looking forward to a return visit late this year. Their beach area was spotless. The suite had everything you could want. Fun area, several great restaurants. Air conditioning was wonderful, though the breeze was wonderful most of the time.
