::We rented a car and returned it to Alamo at slaughterhouse RD, Belize city. The directions we had been given were causing us grief And also google maps was taking us to the wrong drop off location. There was a super lovely gentleman at the customer service area called Ashton, 5 stars to him. Ashton was an amazing asset to Alamo, kind, considerate, professional and so helpful. We returned our car quickly and efficiently..Ashton drove us to the ferry port, gave us good local information. He was so patient and kind. His knowledge base was impressive of the local educational system. We found him to be a superb character and would highly recommend the company due to his professionalism. Thank you Ashton.

::We rented in car from this location for our one day in Belize City during our cruise. The location is a bit far from the port but we wanted to get a taste of Belize so we walked. We enjoyed the sights along the way! Ashton was the person helping us with check-in and he was very personable and kind. Sadly our car wasn't ready so we had to wait a bit but the air conditioning was cool. We got a free upgrade which was appreciated! After our self drive tour to Altun Ha Ashton was kind enough to drive the 4 of us back to the cruise port! Would rent from them again but perhaps take a taxi to the office next time. Thank you Ashton!!!

::In times of coronavirus, it's nice to reminisce about past trips, and we had a wonderful time in Belize in 2019 thanks to the car we rented from Alamo.
