::A nice, clean little place close to the beach and restaurants with beach chairs and bikes to borrow. There is a little partially covered courtyard with seats and hammocks. In the room was purified water, coffee and a little coffee maker. The one little problem we had was dealt with right away. It was just right for our short stay in Hopkins.

::A beautiful second level view. The courtyard is lush with plants and a trickingly waterfall provides a serene atmosphere. The room and common kitchen is clean and well equipped. A new favorite place!

::I was absolutely floored at how amazing this place was. I stayed in the three rooms on the 2nd floor that share a kitchen, and all rooms, and that entire 2nd floor area, were wonderful - modern, clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, kitchen was over the top, and there's a huge covered deck with tables/couches and views of the ocean. There are also a ton of board games in a cabinet near the kitchen. Great place to hang out, meet new people, and unwind.

::“Relaxed beach stay with great extras” Positive: The location is super convenient—just steps from the beach. We really appreciated the free bikes to explore the area and the chill vibe, with hammocks and comfy spots to relax. The air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of towels, plus thoughtful extras like sunscreen, after-sun, and beach gear. The manager was also very helpful and welcoming. Negative: When multiple people were showering, the water pressure dropped significantly. There’s no real kitchen available if you want to cook your own meals. Also, the central courtyard is quite small, so if neighbors are up early and noisy, you might hear them.

::We stayed here 4 nights. Then another 4 nights across the street at Sugar Shack. See my review of the Sugar Shack. Both are excellent choices. All Seasons has a nice courtyard patio. We had the two rooms up front at the entrance. Junior is the manager and is 5 stars also. Great service. Free bicycles are available, which makes moving around the village a lot easier. Nice plus. Coffee maker and coffee in room along with refrigerator and streaming TV. Plentiful hot water in the shower. Beach is a quick walk across the road.
