::I waited for 3 hours and still my work not done My god very slow service

::My wife and I called before going in to update her name on the account due to her name change from the marriage. We were informed that all we needed was to bring in her new social security card and the marriage certificate. We waited in line for two hours. When we finally got to the customer service rep, they refused to update the account because we did not take in a recent bill. In order to update the name, they need to update the entire account. We explained that we were not informed, been waiting for so long, mind you my wife is 6 months pregnant. The CS rep told us if we go and get the bill, that upon return she would attend to us without having us wait again, saying when we return we just need to explain the situation to the security that she authorized it and they will let us go ahead in the line. This was at 2:50. We went home, got the bill and returned at 3:05. The security refused to let us in as they do not allow anyone in after 3. I explained what we were told but he insisted that he could not let us in as it would jeopardize his job. The CS rep at no point apologized for the misinformation and the security made no attempt to verify with CS rep regarding what was mentioned. Two hours of our day completely wasted.

::My friend checked the website, and it says open 9-12 on Saturday. The man charter a taxi to come down from the Pine Ridge at significant personal expense, only to find out the bank is closed. Please change your posted hours on the website to avoid more inconvenience to others.

::The line for customer service moves slower then a snail! If you have to do business at this bank be sure to schedule an entire day and if you work for somebody else, we'll one day of your salary lost! And loans that include a mortgage take over 2 months.

::EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE: 1. with this bank you get no parking at all, 2. you are greeted by rude and impolite security guard that seems to be having an ugly day, 3. you get to wait in line for hours before you can get inside to do your banking affairs. 4. There are 6 stations for tellers but even in peak hours they are only 2 tellers operating. 5. Can you imagine the amount of hours, money and time this bank costs companies, organizations and individuals with having to wait hours and hours. That is a huge loss of revenue $$ that this banks costs employers. 6. Plus management seems to care less about your troubles accessing basic services. WORST BANK IN BELIZE
