::09.09.2025 I visited Atlantic Bank Belmopan Branch and was satisfied with the friendly service obtained. Atlantic Bank Belmopan has a very spacious parking lot, so parking is never an issue or hassle to maneuvor within. The waiting area is huge, complemented with sufficient and comfortable seating. The location is very convenient.

::Honestly this bank SUUUCKS.. with all respects, there customer service is horrible as I think we all have experience especially bmp branch. I’ve emailed and emailed to have my credit card in my online and not ONCE did the person get back to me about that, I even went in line in person and when I was finally up next I got booted out of the line to allow someone else idk for what reason and then the lady didn’t spell her name right on the document of hers so I had to wait another 10 minutes, and by the end I just left because the professionalism in this bank is NON EXISTENT. Just speaking from my personal experience from years with the already. Edit April 8- seriously I’ve called 10 TIMES!!!!! Ten!!!! And no answer whatsoever!!!!! What kind of bank is this man!?!? That manager needs to get FIRED and put someone in charge who can actually make a difference! It’s annoying that I can’t contact the bank when I need them. Hate this bank with a PASSION!

::You can never get any assistance from this bank. A simple query takes hours for them to rectify and they ask you a million unnecessary questions. And if you cannot remember date, time and day of transactions and amount, they don't help you. Even after giving them all the personal information. Don't trust Atlantic Bank in times of need and emergency.
