  Card declined but charged $3 still. Saw it happen to another person in front of me also. Avoid it for Canadian or American debit cards.

  Don’t go to this ATM, they charge you $3 in fees and then tell you that your card is not accepted. The Atlantic Bank ATM located across the street a few steps south worked for us.

  Don’t use this ATM! It goes through the whole procedure, asks for acceptance for the fee of 3USD and then suddenly ends up with „the card is not valid“. It seems like, it’s manipulated for that!

  Didn’t process a single transaction on my debit card, same case for other tourists that were queueing along me on two occasions
