::This is one of these hostels every backpacker is looking for. You can already see it in the decoration that you are going to like the vibe. They have a few rooftop areas to chill and hang out. One is equipped with hammocks. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The bar has some boardgames you can use. The bathrooms were fine as well. My room had an AC but there is also one without that is a little cheaper. They tell you when you book. All in all a big recommend! Would come again.

::overall not a bad hostel, as there is limited options in san ignacio. staff are nice enough but it often felt like they were more just there to be hanging out with one another than working (not necessarily bad but not great) the kitchen is very well stocked for a hostel and the common areas are lovely. the dorm i stayed in was many rooms with doors removed, which was nice for privacy except the AC did not reach my section. some plugs did not work. there’s some super cute cats around! although they advertise it, they do not do free rum punch anymore though. overall not a bad place to stay.

::I had a wonderful stay at Bella's in San Ignacio ! It's a great central location, the bed was comfortable and the amenities very nice. But it was the friendly cheerful staff that really stood out, every single person I dealt with was totally on point. The structure itself is best described as " funky " but that's what I look for when travelling. There is also a Bella's location on Caye Caulker Belize and I have 6 nights booked there in July. Highly recommend both !

::Bella’s was one of my first hostels I ever stayed at before and to be honest I’m glad it was my first. While it may not be high on luxurious end in terms of loding it gains 5 stars easily in customer service found in each worker and the manager himself!! The house keepers do an amazing job cleaning the bathrooms almost daily. Workers like Matthew and Ethan make your visit worth staying. As a solo traveler they looked out for and assisted me in a renovation for a widows home in town. The owner Demetri really is a sweetheart and his compassion shines through in his consideration of others. Now that I mentioned all the positives let’s get to the meat and potatoes of this review of what to really expect!! Pros: - kind workers especially Matthew, Ethan, Amber and owner -bathrooms cleaned daily -huge kitchen (great for cooking &fully stocked) - cooking supplies offered -cute bar and social area up top - very knowledgeable of tours and local transportation - in house laundry service -walking distance to the center Cons - despite air conditioning being advertised it’s only on one side of the room and the other sides can get hot if the unit is not kept on 16 degree temp. It only gets cold around morning time with fan or if the unit is constantly running all day. -hot shower only works in one bathroom inn the dorm on the main floor Overwall Demetri is working to make this place a great hostel that provides extraordinary service!! Be patient with him as he works out the kinks.

::Me and my friends had an awesome time here! The workers are super friendly and helpful, and everybody else staying there was so nice and social. Best hostel experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to meet new people when traveling. There were great discounts on tours through this hostel as well. The building itself was really cool too. The hangout areas were vibey, and it had a cool treehouse feel. It also had a chill party/bar atmosphere at night, too, which I really liked. It was close to everything, which was convenient as well! Loved it here!
