::I took a chance going here for severe rib pain that a CT scan couldn't see, nor an X-ray, and 2 radiologists told me it was nothing, a general doctor from another clinic brushed me off multiple times and only offered pain medication, didn't even check most of my symptoms or pain, gynecologists saying they can't feel a lump under my breast, practically in my rib, saying it's just my rib, I've been suffering from multiple, excruciating pains for over a year, wasting a ton of money on check ups and tests, then I come here, just took a chance on it, waited for the general doctor to come back from lunch, and she tackles EVERYTHING, one by one, no pain medication recommendations, no dismissal, she asked questions about everything to find out EXACTLY what it was, about 5 or 6 things, she tackled everything and gave me answers, finally I have answers, no more wondering or pain scares, I feel better and happier, thank you so much to that doctor, and all the people who helped me in that clinic❤️ you guys saved my faith in the health system and my hope for a better quality of life

::Been here a couple times and went there yesterday after some time. You would think that because it’s a PRIVATE facility they would have excellent time management of appointments. Here is a timeline of my visit: Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am 9:21am- Arrived for appointment 9:22 - 9:40 - waited and asked the receptionist for an update. 9:41am: “triage” was conducted (temp and pressure check before seeing doctor. 9:42 a 10:01 - waited in another waiting area. 10:02 - Finally able to see the Doctor. A whole 32 mins after my scheduled appointment time is awfully disappointing for the fee and service provided. The receptionist lacked concern and care for the patients who also had sat and waited past their appointment time, the frustration was evident in the facial expressions. No timely updates. No remorse. The doctor I saw was great. No complaints there. She listened to my concerns and was able to produce a diagnosis. Giving three stars for the poor handling of patients and time management. Paying for a service of this kind should come with a little more efficiency and professionalism especially when you take time off from work to go to your appointment!
