::Love the ambiance of this hotel. They have a bar, pool, dining area. And jungle like vibes in the midst of it all. Our room did smell though. Don't know where it was coming from and the racks in the refrigerator were rusted. The AC isn't that strong either. It's situated a fairly close distance to the port and 15 minutes from the airport so perfect location for me. Extra parking on the back because it does get busy. All in all I'd come back in stay here I'd just make sure the next room I'm in doesn't smell.

::Review of Best Western Biltmore, Belize City We stayed at the Best Western Biltmore in Belize City for one night and found the property to be very clean with nicely appointed rooms, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the food and beverage service was a significant letdown and requires some patience and low expectations to navigate. From the moment we ordered drinks at dinner, it felt like the staff were on their first day. My cocktail took 40 minutes to arrive, well after our food was served. My wife ordered a bottle of sparkling wine, but it came after my cocktail, was warm, and wasn’t even one of the first two menu selections, as those were unavailable. Later, we tried ordering dessert to our room via a QR code, but after an hour with no delivery, we called to follow up. The staff informed us the system “doesn’t work” and abruptly hung up without offering assistance. When we called back to place the order manually, the staff seemed confused, admitting they didn’t know how to process a phone order. A staff member eventually came to our room to take the order but struggled, needing to borrow a pen and paper and repeatedly asking us to clarify our requests. We ordered three items, including coffee, only to receive a call later informing us the coffee shop had closed five minutes earlier, so it wasn’t available. If you approach the food and beverage service with a sense of humor and minimal expectations, you’ll manage fine. The cleanliness and quality of the rooms make the Biltmore a decent choice for a short stay, but the dining experience is comically disorganized and could use significant improvement.

::I loved the hotel and the close proximity to everything. Our beds were so very comfortable! I mean seriously comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a large selection of fresh fruit, and Belizean food items as well as eggs, a waffle station and made-to-order omelette bar. We enjoyed the pool - except for all the kids screaming and splashing after hours. Our only concern would be hot water. It was hit or miss. We weren’t sure if we would have hot water. Each morning , the first question, “Do you have hot water? At dinner, the question, “did you get a hot shower?” Overall. Not a deal breaker. I’d definitely stay here again.
