  I honestly think this place would be a great salon, but I had a horrible first experience with them and that's why I rated 3 stars. I called them about 5 weeks prior to schedule in an appointment. The weekend before, they called requesting to move my appointment to a later/earlier time (I can't remember) as they would've been low on staff and I agreed. Two days before I was supposed to have my appointment, I called in and requested to have it moved up a day (if possible) as I had minor changes to my work schedule and wouldn't be available for the date I had set. The person I spoke to confirmed that they had an opening long enough for me to do my nails and said she scheduled me in. When I actually got there the next day, not only did I have to wait for the nail talech to become available, I was notified that they had completely removed my appointment from the list they had for that day. I did get them done, not to my liking as I had to settle for something that would fit the time frame that was open. But I honestly feel like they could've done a better job at scheduling and confirming their appointments. I also discovered that 2 of my friends had the same issue when they booked and showed up for their appointments.

  I did manicure & pedicure. Friendly atmosphere. Felt relaxed. Good service
