  Literally the best meal we’ve had all trip. Jerk Red Snapper, Caribbean Shrimp, the Margaritas all were world class. Caroline and her staff are the sweetest people ever and the atmosphere was pristine.

  Best food we had on the island. The curries were spectacular, me and my girls ordered it three times. I also tried their jerk fish which was so amazing. The wait is a little long but it was worth it always. And our server was the sweetest she served us all three nights we ate there during our trip :)

  Really cute spot with a great, fresh menu and drinks! Service was really friendly and accommodating. We got the spicy jerk chicken (they add fresh habaneros so watch out!) and shrimp tacos.

  Caroline's is a DO NOT MISS eatery in San Pedro on the cay side. Garden seating, a great drink selection, and an upstairs patio to enjoy it all from. I had the grilled fish, which was dressed with grilled onions and peppers--outstanding. The juices are freshly blended, and just the amount of sweet. Service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is tropical, mellow, and breezy.

  Really good food. Friendly people. The best plate we had during our week stay. Curry and jerk both good. Everything homemade. New location. They Used to be beach side but city council made them move… just continue walking to end of street and you’ll see the sign. Locals on the way all friendly. Easy 2 blocks from Main Street with parking available. Definitely recommend and will be going back. Heard from others breakfast great. Same cook for 14 years. Also had upper deck seating with water view and plenty of fresh air. Vegetarian and vegan options.
