::Rustic but clean and comfortable rooms. Staff if amazing, friendly, genuine and attentive. Loved the pool. Food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. Carlos in security was top notch and made me feel safe and was helpful in getting transportation arranged to various locations. Booked trips though the hotel and got connected with wonderful tour guides.

::Beautiful resort, super well kept and tidy. I just want to give a special shout out to the security, mr. Carlos. He did an amazing job at making us feel appreciated and welcomed. He even took time out of his shift to give us a tour around and take pictures of the birds and animals present on the resort. He is super friendly and easygoing. Hospitality at cassia hill was amazing. I definately recommend giving it a visit. Rooms look great and comfortable. Room had its own refridgerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. Something I liked was the pool, it had a water heater incase you go for a late swim. I would definately come back !

::Best stay ever! We made lifelong friends with the warmest staff I've ever met. They took the absolute best care of us from arranging shuttles to the airport, to checking in on us and going the extra mile to make us feel truly at home. We ended up with the entire resort to ourselves after the first night, and it was magical. Unique jungle vibes that cannot be beat....will honestly be going back again. Hospitality unparalleled!

::It was very close to most of the tours and beautiful rooms/pool. This was not my typical resort experience. They had to call in people anytime you wanted the bar to be open or food. There were maybe 8 other people here when I went so it was very tailored to each person. Pool was beautiful and always clean. I had a suite room and the bedding/pillows were high quality. The service is not fast but the drinks are good.
