  Had lunch at the pool side bar. Did not stay there. Food was ok, a bit pricey. Fish was served in a tray. Had to ask for extra plates to share. View from the bar is spectacular. I would like to see a little better service to all paying customers, not just the ones that are guests.

  Like any first time visitors, we researched and questioned every detail about our trip to Belize. We finally happened upon and settled on booking with Ceiba. WHAT A BLESSING! They UNDERSTAND customer service! Everyone there made us feel welcome. Efi went above and beyond with scheduling, John was the most outgoing bartender, the property was meticulous. Our vacation was perfect!

  This is an excellent spot. Travelled here as a family with 3 young kids, and had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the warm, flat ocean. The rooms aren’t luxurious, but have everything you need—kitchen with microwave and full size fridge, 3 ceiling fans, 2 A/C units, etc. The resort itself is small and cozy, so everything is right there: the pool, the beach, the bar, and the stretch of beach it’s on is stunning. Most importantly, Efi at the front desk provided the most attentive, communicative, and efficient service I’ve received in any hotel. She’s made our stay truly exceptional.

  Such a beautiful resort. The layout of the cabanas, pool & restaurant is well thought out. Landscaping is very complimentary. The pool is perfect! All of the food at the restaurant is very tasty! All of the staff is very friendly & helpful. There's no question about it, if you're looking to visit in Belize, this is the place for you.

  his was my second time staying at Ceiba and it felt like coming home. The staff at the resort strive to meet your every need with a smile. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, well planned, and clean. I absolutely love sitting and relaxing by the pool! The restaurant serves delicious food and drinks. I can’t wait for my next stay.
