::Sure, there are places where children can go and play and parents can sit and watch their kids. There's even a huge cancer statue there. But at times you find hobos using the park as a hustling spot and even as a shelter, which is a place where you would want your children not to be. However, the only time where children and adults can safely have fun and enjoy themselves are without those hobos.
