::I rented a small SUV from Crystal Auto rental in Belize City for 4 days. The rates were competitive with the international car rental companies, but was the only one to offer a location close to downtown. They also picked us up at the Belize ferry and allowed us to drop off at the airport at no additional cost. Their customer service was excellent and Rina was super helpful. I left a watch in the rental but they notified me immediately and I was able to recover it before leaving. They are very honest and I will definitely rent from them again.

::The rental involved a quick and easy pick up, friendly and helpful staff and a simple return process. Vehicle was ideal and should I return to Belize I would look no further for a car rental company. Highly recommended and honest company. Sorted all my paperwork out for my 2 day Tikal trip too.

::We had a great experience with Crystal Auto Rental, from the easy pickup (no lines, great, patient service, flexibility in dealing with a problem with one of our drivers) to the smooth return (drove us to the ferry terminal; made sure we all had water and a bathroom stop first; interesting chat with the owner). Reserving our van online was also easy. And the price was competitive. Definitely recommend using them if in Belize.

::Rented a Hyundai Accent for a family of 4 with 6 carry-on bags, plus the cooler. The car was clean, great mechanical condition and SAFE tires. Electronics worked fine and without problems. From the car research availability to reserving - it was extremely easy. The checkout and inspection process was quick yet thorough. I was encouraged to video and/or video the walk-around... which I did. I was not pressed to purchase options- which was very welcoming, and I consider professional (since I waived all options). Overall, I am very pleased with my decision, and reading some of the recent reviews to help guide my decision. Thank you Crystal Auto Rental for playing a part in my family's vacation.

::This place is great- very fair pricing, great staff, and they’ll pick you up/dip you off where you need to go. Also, they provide you with a free local cell phone to use in case you need to make some calls on the road. The jeep was a perfect car for Belize, could handle any road we went on through jungle, river, and forest, but ours was only 2wd, so I can’t say how it would be in rainy season (pictures below of car, not rental place)
