::Had a great experience with our rental car. Was a very smooth process from pick to return. Drove from airport in Belize City to Placencia along the south coast for a week then to San Ignacio for a week and back to the airport with no problems. Just keep an eye out for all the speedbumps and take it slow when going over them.

::Crystal Auto Rental was excellent. We showed up, waited less than five minutes, and had our car. We rented a Kia Soul and it was clean and mechanically sound. We turned it in, in less than five minutes and we were on our way! Great service and everything was flawless, we would definitely use them again!

::Overall, we are satisfied with the experience we had with Crystal Auto Rental Belize. I have managed everything through whats app before arrival, then received an email : easy to manage the rental. The car is definitely not the newest car you can get (we rented a Jeep Patriot) but it was perfect for driving South Belize and to ride over gravel during the excursions. For people coming from Europe, make sure your card is a credit card and not a debit card, otherwise you will not be able to rent a car. At the end when we returned the car, the colleague has been super nice: he dropped us to the harbour to take our boat and avoid us to wait for hours.

::Best car rental service at the airport and great prices. I rented a Jeep Patriot, was in great condition, clean and only 30k miles in it. Reservation is straight forward making it online, no hidden fees. They accept the US credit card rental insurance, didn’t have to purchase extra. Pick up and drop off was fast and staff really friendly and helpful. They gave me a cell phone and cooler free of charge. I would definitely recommend Crystal auto rental to anyone who wants a good reliable car and service in Belize. Thank you!

::I’ve used this auto rental on several occasions, and all were positive. The fleet is largely made up of smaller SUV type vehicles albeit most appear to be a few years old with varying KM’s on the clock. There are a few insurance based options, so it might be a good idea to take a moment and go through them in some details.
