  We were treated like family from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was warm and genuine, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, the environment peaceful and beautifully maintained, and everything was spotless. Our kids had an amazing time with activities that were both fun and educational. We truly appreciated the eco-friendly approach—it’s clear they care about both guests and the planet. This was a perfect place to enjoy quality family time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for families seeking a meaningful and relaxing experience!

  I was so happy to get a place during the Easter holiday I didn't care if I didn't like it but I ended up loving it. Best place ever if only closer to more restaurants but overall I would go again. Staff was amazing. Housekeeping was the bomb. When you have great people, you need to keep them trust me I know I'm in the same business. Thank you for a great stay

  Family owned resort with attentive service - whether it was tours, laundry, meals, whatever. Rooms rustic but comfortable and authentic. Exotic birds feeding on deck in the morning. Grounds to walk through and river nearby. Convenient to San Ignacio. I really recommend Crystal Paradise.

  My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and fell in love with this family-run, jungle resort. It's awesome seeing 3 generations work together to manage everything from lodging to tours to the meals; this place is loved and cared for by a hardworking family. The meals we had there were fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed all of the birds we got to watch every morning during breakfast too. We hope to visit again!

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I stayed here with my girlfriend on my first Tori to Belize (her 3rd) we were looking for a place outside the city with a relaxed feel. We were not disappointed. The staff (nearly all members of a big family) were helpful, cheerful, accommodating, knowledgeable. They provided all your meals, helped book tours for you, had information about anything you’d like to do in and around San Ignacio. The dining experience was one of the highlights for us as every meal was spectacular. They had breakfast ready at the right time in accordance with your planned activities, made tofu for my girlfriend each night as she is a vegetarian. All the best meals I had in Belize came from the Crystal Paradise kitchen. The rooms were comfortable with fans and mini splits for A/C. The setting feels like you are in the jungle. The birds are all around and spectacular. The thatched roofs feel so cool literally and figuratively as they actually help cool it off at night. I can’t say enough good things about our experience from meals, to in house tours, to the staff 10/10
