::Dario's is no longer good and for Belizeans. It is 1.75 for a meat pies that you have to wait 30 minutes to get. And when you receive it, you only get gravy pies. It is no longer worth it, only good quality is the gravy seasoned.

::We stayed in the neighborhood for one night and headed over to Dario’s to grab some breakfast. The locals outside were super friendly and explained to us how to order. After waiting for ~10 mins for our order, they thanked us for coming by. Would return!

::Popular, small place with meat pies. Line can get long and depending on how many people are there the wait can take a little, but the meat pies are worth it. You get your pies and leave. A lot of other food establishments in the area get their pies from this place so they are the real deal, but I suggest going straight to the source for fresh pies.

::The meatpies are great. I always order from them whenever I am in the city. However, last time, I called in to order $50 worth of meatpies and when I arrived to pickup. I was told that they were sold out. To save time and effort, qa simple call back saying that they were sold out would have saved me a trip. Service could be better.

::Is this a hype or what? I am surprised that the queue is so long already at 7am! I actually saw some places around the Swing Bridge selling it but I decided to try it in the original shop, not knowing if the pies were supplied from the shop. There was a queue but it was well maintained and the pies were coming out pretty fast. It's crazy to see the locals ordering in 20s and 30s, probably the pies were a little small and one might need to eat a few. I decided to get both the pie and the patty to decide for myself and it took about 20 minutes. Considering there were like 20 people in front of me I thought it was rather quick. Tried both at one go not long after since it was still hot, and my preference still goes to the patty because there was more meat and it was more chewy and tasty. The pie wasn't really to my liking because it was quite liquid inside. I was glad I took a small bite first else the liquid would have spilled everywhere on the clothes. However I see more people ordering the pies so the answer here is really to everyone's preference.
