::Excited to see DESIRE Restaurant return with the same charm as before, but now with bonus service! The air-conditioned comfort is a welcome touch, and knowing it's Belizean run, while still carrying the thoughtful design of the wonderful Chinese family who created it, makes it even more special. Loving the new DESIRE neon lights inside & outside ... it truly sets the mood for an enjoyable eat-out, sit & chat or meet & greet at a decent place at a great location in the Garden City of Belmopan!

::Not all Chinese sell fried chicken. At Desire they only sell chicken fingers and wings. $10 for either plate and can easily feed two people. A great spot if you want a low key, mellow place to chill out. Lights are always turned down low, mellow reggae always playing. But what I enjoy most is learning about China from Claire, who manages the bar area and her husband cooks.
