::Went in with $100 gift card from our cruise line excursion. When they asked if we wanted to buy diamonds, and we told them no, they completely ignored us. Very rude and disrespectful. Without tourist coming and visiting your shops, I don’t see your store flourishing. Need people who will actually help even if they don’t want diamonds. We were a large group and planned to spend our money there for Christmas gifts. We left, and threw the gift card away. Very poor business at this location. Will NOT be visiting again.

::I found this Diamonds International to be decent in size. They had a fair selection of merchandise. Whether or not they have an item you'd be interested in is unknown. The staff seemed like most places like this. But always remember that it is their job to sell you items. Although I do not see the point of having another smaller store just steps away. I looked at watches in which they also had a fair selection. But Diamonds International seems to carry less and less of the (in my opinion) better known brand watches and more of brands that either I am unfamiliar with, or not interested in at this time. I did spend time with one brand that they did carry (that is a favorite of mine). In the end, they didn't have anything that struck my fancy. I am particular in the type of watches I would consider owning. Besides, pretty much everything in this store I would consider an unnecessary purchase. So I didn't procure a new watch.

::Went on a cruise recently and was excited to stop in to look for new wedding bands for my husband and I. On our way through the port to DI a couple from our ship we hung out with prior told us about the free charm bracelet and charm and gave us a flyer. We walked in and immediately the workers must have seen the flyer in my hand and turnt around or walked away as if they didn’t see me do they wouldn’t have to help. I still approach those same two ladies and said “Excuse me I wanted to inquire about this free charm bracelet” both turnt to just stare at me then turns to each other like oh do you know about this? Then told me to go over there and pointed to the back of the store with no extra guidance and not even looking at me. At that point I had already felt so belittle as if me wanting something that you guys are offering free I was poor or something but legit had thousands in our account for new rings. Point is stop judging people off asking for a promotion you guys are advertising it’s on the site, it’s on the photos, it’s on flyers posted all over the ships and so much more. Be friendly you lost a great commission off of being rude and not wanting to help. At that point I stormed out and would NEVER go back in there again! Instead when we got to Cozumel experienced great customer service for the free charm and that was what I was expecting from Belize and disappointed I didn’t get that!
