  Great location to the area and within walking distance of everything in Placencia. The space was just enough room to be comfortable. Great host and would stay here again. The small pool and deck worked perfectly to cool off and relax/read a book.

  definitely best value for the price. book there without hesitation if you're on a budget! the property is just incredible to relax, sit by the pool, do yoga, chill on the porch, watch the sunset, name it! the atmosphere feels just fine and it's wonderful to be directly on the lagoon. extra clean and feels safe! I'd say the bed could be a bit more comfortable and location is great but a bit far from the boardwalk where the restaurants and bars are. just be mindful it's a walk.

  Nicole is a kind and wonderful hostess at her little AirBNB. Rooms are comfortable, tasteful and well equipped, not to mention air conditioned which was nice on hot days. She even has a pool and Dolce Cabana is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood right in Placencia Village which makes it easy to walk or bike around. There is a thatched hammock palapa right by the beautiful lagoon and you can watch boats come in to the neighborhood docks in the evening. Nicole helped us a lot with deciding on some wonderful tours and great places to eat. Good hospitality and comfort in a peaceful location!

  My husband and I stayed 3 nights 4 days and we loved every minute of it. Nicole was lovely and made us feel right at home. We were there during quiet season but Nicole managed to book us a snorkeling trip which was great as well. The studio we stayed in was perfect! We had full kitchen, was very clean. I loved having coffee in the morning on our little porch. We used the bikes on site and enjoyed the pool. Location was great! I would absolutely suggest this stay. Thank you for the great memories!

  Nicole is one of the best hosts I’ve met. She clearly loves sharing her beautiful home with her guests. We had a great time and made the most of the many amenities available (bikes, kayak, pool, cabana, etc). Conveniently located - you can easily walk/bike to everything in the village but it’s far enough that it is quiet and relaxing.
