  Was GREAT. One of the best weekends I've had i a while. The rooms, the view, the privacy, 👌🏽 everything was just awesome. Feels like a home away from home. I can't wait to go back. Thank you guys sooooo much ❤

  A clean house on a public beach. Direct access to the ocean feet from your door. A clean house basic amenities. This is a glamorized glamping experience by US standards. The furniture is solid wood! They offer a kayak and bikes which is great. There isn’t any air conditioning, tv or radio so plan on unplugging. The Wi-Fi is good.

  You have to be prepared for the basics,but the location and grounds are truely amazing. We weren't in the main building, so there was no AC or kitchen, but you had access to bikes and the area is full of things to do and places to go. You are close enough to bike to town

  From andy We had a fantastic stay at Andrea's Finca house. We had just spent a week on a sailboat, and it was the perfect place to relax, get our land legs, and have a calm look around Placencia. Her suggestions on nearby pools / bars / restaurants were spot on. We made the 100-yard walk to the Turtle Inn beach bar several times! The property is full of palm trees, which keeps it nice and cool, compared to the rest of the area. The sea breeze flows into the rooms and kept us very comfortable. I don't think there could be a better location on the peninsula. It's private, tucked between some other quiet, upscale hotels, and felt very safe. We also greatly appreciated the friendly help from Nancy, Jahvree and the other caretakers — they even helped us out with some laundry.

  Gorgeous and affordable. The personal beach is stunning and about as relaxing a scene as you can hope for. As for the location, it's a very short car ride into Placencia, or a 5-10 minute bike ride (bikes were provided). The cabana is rustic and beautiful, and I hope to stay here again the next time I'm in Belize. This place is a STEAL.
