::Honestly, the fish and chips were the best/most edible airport food I've had in a while. Like all of the other reviewers have mentioned, you're better off eating prior to getting to the airport, but if timing doesn't allow, this is a decent option. That being said, during a busy day, food took about 40 minutes to come out (the staff estimated 25) so keep that in mind if you have a short connection.

::Had the pesto burger and absolutely loved it, also very friendly service!! Yes it takes a little longer to prepare your meal, but they told me beforehands, and well, at least you get freshly prepared food instead of some 4x reheated disaster as in many other airport restaurants!

::To be honest, I want to be kind because the server was accommodating, and from what we saw, there was only one person preparing the food. However, considering the number of tourists waiting for their flights, the food took much longer than the time we were told. We understand that in Belize, things might take a bit longer than usual. The food was okay, I had the Thai wrap, which was decent, and my husband ordered the beef burger. Unfortunately, they ran out of burger patties, so he ended up eating it as a wrap with beef and fries. It seemed like the most appealing option available, but overall, it’s better to eat before heading to the airport.

::We got the breakfast wrap with bacon. It was probably the best breakfast I ate while in Belize. Only downside, it took about 25 minutes.

::It is a small bistro without any tables or chairs. But for that place it is good pount for food, when you are waiting for your flight. BUT, it is important to mention, that you must have enough time for waiting before you must leave the airport, because of long waiting time for the food (10-30 minutes)! After all, the burger was really good for its price (22,5 BZD).
