  Overall, it was O.K. I wouldn't use their service again. Tiffara and Rico were nice, but a bit careless at times, and it resulted in a shark bite, a trip to the medical clinic and stitches. We really only had one snorkeling stop the entire day, which seemed odd. Also, the end-of-the-day push for a tip seemed excessive. Apparently the 20% tip wasn't enough.
