::We took our fresh catch of the day from spear fishing to Hibisca and they cooked it all to perfection! A channel crab, jack fish, and red snapper all seasoned and cooked amazingly. They also made our conch into ceviche! The best ceviche we had. Loved their cocktails as well and they had amazing sides!! With live music and amazing service too.

::Very friendly service providing a lot of advice and answers to all the questions. The sea food plate was amazing, even though it’s not the lobster season. The apple dessert is to kill for! On top of it live music every evening! What not to love?!

::What a treat on the island! We walked by so many times and the music was always nice and chairs always full! Finally we stopped and we are so glad we did! We didn't have reservations, which I highly recommend, but were seated immediately at a nice little table for two! Our servers were very attentive and surprisingly for the island our food was served quickly and in perfect timing! We started with the Queso Fundido because I've been craving cheese! It's mostly cheese sauces here so the thought of melted cheese had drooling! It was piping hot and delicious! The bottom half is meat and veggies and the top half is gooey melted cheese! We then had a sushi roll and it was perfect, although quite spicy! We could have, and should have, stopped there but we each had an entree too! I had the Cacao Whiskey Short Ribs and hubby had the pork chop. Absolutely superb! The rib melted in my mouth, the potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The flavor of the short rib was sweet and savory with a caramelized finish, to die for!! The pork chop was cooked to perfection and cut easily with a butter knife. Hands down the best meal we've had in Caye Caulker! The live music was light and so easy to listen to and still talk over. He sang all different genres with an island twist to everything making sure we didn't forget where we were! Highly recommended and a must experience when on the island!

::First time visiting Belize and Caye Caulker, and I'm so happy I met a local on the water taxi. We decided to try Hibiscus By Habanero and it was a great choice. The restaurant has a wonderful vibe, the people are super friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. It’s not the cheapest, but the meal I had, crab, shrimp, fish, rice, herbs, and spices, was totally worth it, Coco Amore and a non-alcoholic virgin piña colada... lalalala, heaven! The drink was so sweet, and it was such a treat to enjoy the live music from a talented singer with a blessed voice. Such an incredible experience having my first Belizean meal for dinner.
