::We are very happy and blessed to meet Francis and his family, such a kind host that thought about everything and could answer to all our questions. In the apartment there was everything that we could think of and want for and it was very cozy, like at home. Two bikes that we got was a game changer for all the experience! We could explore the island easily. Francis can give you the best directions- where to buy fish, where to eat lobster, where to snorkel and ect. Definitely recommend this place! Will be back for sure 🙏

::What a lovely place! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Francis is an awesome host. He offered to pick us up at the airport or harbor. Upon leaving he organized a covered taxi for us to the harbor since storm Sara was approaching. It was a pleasure meeting him, talking to him and we loved the one of the two Bay Blue Suites we stayed in. Both are located under his apartment and the sound proof isolation is absolutely guaranteed. The whole Vacation Home is a hidden treasure and it's a delight to stay at. Francis builds the houses himself and puts a lot of effort into style, convenience and furnishing/equipment. He's very attentive, let's you choose a time for cleaning, just extremely customer friendly. A few (completely normal) house rules apply and if you respect them and him, as well as his property, he will reply the same way. Also the two bikes that are free to use are super handy and we enjoyed a very nice sunset in the nice back part of the property. Loved our stay and can only recommend! Thanks again, Francis.

::We had an amazing 10 day stay at Francis' place. The cottage is on a dead end road in a quite neighborhood. It was very private and peaceful. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing and we were more impressed with it once we were in person. We were so glad we booked this place compared to the others we looked at. It was well worth the price. The waterfront has nice lounge chairs and there is shade to relax. The blender in the house was great for making fruit smoothies. The bikes were super helpful to make quick trips into town. Everything is easily accessible by walking or by bike (faster). Even though there are other rentals on site, we rarely saw other guests and it was always quite any time of the day. Francis was very quick to respond to anything we needed help with (raising bike seats, fixing a squeaky bike, extending our reservation, etc.). He provided great suggestions for restaurants, local tour operators, and dive/snorkel locations. It was everything we needed.

::We really loved our stay here. The owner, Francis, picked us up at the ferry and was super helpful and gave us perfect recommendations for restaurants, etc. The accommodations were in perfect working order, very neat and clean. Francis provided 4 cold beers and an ample supply of ground coffee, a welcome touch! We chose not to cook in but could easily have as there were ample pots, pans and dishes. There was a safe provided in which to keep valuables. The cottages are away from the hubbub and noise and we found that to be a positive to allow us to relax and enjoy. However, bicycles were provided which made any part of the island easily and quickly accessible. Stores, restaurants, etc. just minutes away. No question, we would stay here again without hesitation!

::10 stars! Francis is above and beyond. His property is clean, modern, very well taken care of and safe. It's quiet and has its own access to the water so we could enjoy the sunsets. There are even hammocks on each cottage! The cabins have everything you need, the bed was big and comfy. The AC and all amenities worked great. He even provides 2 bikes which made our experience so much more enjoyable! Francis is usually on site so reaching him is very easy and when we needed to text him, he responded instantly! He even picked us up and dropped us off from the dock on his golf cart! His crew is kind and professional. For real...This place is a home run, we will definitely come back!
