::As a Belizean myself, I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Caves Branch. It truly is a beautiful paradise right here in Belize. The customer service was exceptional — the staff’s care and attention to every guest, including locals, is something you don’t see every day. The entire atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with genuine hospitality. I even left my lunch bag behind, and to my surprise, the team went above and beyond to return it to me two days later! That level of dedication really shows how much they value their guests. Mr. Ian is absolutely wonderful as well — you can tell he truly loves this place and enjoys interacting with everyone who visits. His passion and friendliness add even more to the charm of Caves Branch. Caves Branch isn’t just a destination for tourists — it’s a spectacular place for Belizeans to enjoy as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience surrounded by nature and amazing people.

::We loved our stay at Ian Anderson’s. It was an amazing 5 star stay. The food is very good, the facilities are top notch, clean and extremely well built. Our a/c in the cabana wasn’t working very well but they arrived and took care of it quickly. It is needed in the hot months (Aug) but probably not other times of year, it does really cool down. We saw howler monkeys just outside our cabin, the landscaping is beautiful, the kayak in river super easy, free and amazingly calm. I cannot say enough good things about Ian Anderson’s. I’d love to take the whole family sometime!

::One of the oldest and most respected resorts in Belize. Rooms range from simple to deluxe. The botanical gardens are spectacular and free. you can swim in the pool for kayak in the river. Horseback riding, ziplining, cave tubing.... It's just a beautiful spot it makes you really feel and appreciate the jungle.

::We stayed in Room 23, the second highest room in the entire lodge, and it was absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking, and while there’s no WiFi in the rooms, I think it’s intentional—to give you a true phone detox and let you fully enjoy the surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They carried our bags up to our room (and even offered to bring them back down for checkout). The food was wonderful—every meal felt special—and the staff was so friendly, always checking in on us at the pool to see if we’d like a drink. The rooms themselves are private and perfect for couples, with outdoor showers and bathtubs that make the experience even more unique. If you’re a nature lover, this is absolutely the place to be—surrounded by jungle, wildlife, and peaceful views. One of the highlights was meeting Mushroom, the sweetest lodge dog who made our stay even better. And to top it off, we got to meet Ian Anderson himself! Do not hesitate to come here—it’s beautiful, relaxing, and unforgettable.

::We LOVED our stay at Caves Branch. The bungalow felt like it was in the middle of the jungle. We loved waking up to the parrots. The bungalow is plenty big and perfect for a couple. It would be a bit more challenging for a family since the AC is somewhat limited to the king bed area. We got all-inclusive and would highly recommend. The service was great. You are limited to a list of about 10 cocktails and beer, but it's a good variety. The adventures and guides are all great. We enjoyed the family style dinners that allow you to get to know other guests and learn about the other adventures you can choose from. This is not a luxury resort, but that's okay. It's more for adventure and fun.
