::Rented an older Jeep. The car was scratched up, multiple dents which was no issue for us. Once we returned the car they said it was scratched and charged us $125US. The car was not scratched! They were the cheapest but seem to be a scam. We are in Belize 3 to 4 times a year and have never had an issue. I would recommend staying away from this rental company! Side note take a detailed slow video of your rental before leaving! We knew to but haven’t had an issue.

::We came in from Chicago & shopped rates when we landed and found them to be the most cost effective for 4 days even with the insurance. Quick check in process, ended up with a Jeep. I wouldn't recommend a sedan type vehicle if you're going to be doing a litany of driving. We drove a 3 hour distance and didn't see any red lights but they do have road bumps galore. Unfortunately on one of the nights we hit a bad bump when we were an hour away heading back to Ladyville that damaged the suspension leaving the rental inoperable. The rental company was helpful in being willingly to get us picked up. Thankfully the car has a tracker so they were able to locate our position. I do recommend getting the insurance although there is a $1k deductible. Some of those road bumps appear with no warning & if this happens to you don't slam on the brakes. Although I had to pay for the damages the cost was reasonable considering the damage caused. I am satisfied with the communication and all around efforts & we will rent from here next year when we return. 🚗

::Everyone was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Jabiru. We rented a car for 2 days, then went to Caye Caulker, they picked us up at the water taxi and had our car ready for the rest of our trip on the mainland. Best price with the best service.

::My wife and I cannot recommend Jabiru highly enough. They were not only there for us when Budget didn't have the car we reserved but Arisha got a better deal for us on a Jeep that was better suited for the activities we had planned. Our honeymoon would not have been as great as it was without Jabiru. Renting a car in another country isn't always straight forward but dropping the car off at the end was quicker and easier than we could have anticipated. If we need a car when we go back to Belize, Jabiru will be out first choice.

::I wish I could give 10 stars. This location was the best! Also every other rental car company wants you to put a big deposit on a major credit card. This location does not and it's so much cheaper than all the other spots. I would recommend this company a thousand times over! Please rent from here if you are in Belize. The AC worked great, the ride was smooth, it was overall an amazing experience. You won't Belize how good the cars are.
