  I advised all potential customers to be aware of the hidden fees, be VERY CAUTIOUS. Make sure to read the fine print or they will take advantage of you!

  We researched the various resorts in Placencia and were so glad we chose to stay at the Laru Beya Resort. Our welcome to the resort was such a treat...... cocktails were waiting for us as soon as we arrived along with the friendly staff. We were guided to our rooms and given a tour of the property and all amenities. The entire property was immaculate and well cared for. Food and drinks were delish! The ENTIRE STAFF is what made this place exceptional ~ we felt like VIP's the entire stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!!! Recommend to all those searching for a place to stay in Placencia!!

  The service was oerfect. Hands down the kindness and most accommodating staff ever. Rooms were ckean and beautiful. Food was superb and convenient location. Special thanks to Nelsie, Michael and Donnie. But all the staff were amazing. I recommend the orivate dinner well worth it.

  One thing that stood out from other places is the STAFF. Every single person there is friendly and working to make your stay perfect. The beach is beautiful. The food and drinks are incredible. Very relaxing atmosphere.

  Beautiful location and excellent quality! The rooms are clean, everything works. A few oddities like the hot cold tap is reversed, but as long as I can get a hot shower, I’m happy. Fresh towels and linens daily. We booked two excursions through the front desk, the waterfall swim and a fishing/snorkeling day. Both were excellent value. The staff are relaxed and friendly. Thank you all for a lovely vacation!
