::My friend and I stayed here for a few days. The owner was there during our stay and he was a great dude, very friendly and professional. I got a great deal on airbnb I couldn't have possibly found a better spot in Hopkins, plan on going back soon

::We were in Yellowtail. Location is nice as it is more private than the main roads. HOWEVER they do not match what they promise. They advertise strong wifi YET it is not the case. Wifi is only 5mps download and it is sketchy at best. We booked here because of the advertised wifi and was sorely disappointed. What's more they don't give a shait. Next up us the bedroom. - Really Like the hard mattress and really nice cotton linen. Pillows are ok too. So that is a win for us. The ceiling fans are on go slow. Really not effective but the standing fan works well. It's one of those cheap horribly noisy ones but it blows well. The two chairs - in the room looks pretty but the one is missing a board so you sinc deeply into the cushion. The other one is fine. Our bathroom - worked well except the towling rail had been broken off and never replaced. Toilet handle must be lifted or it keeps running. Make sure you ask for extra towels . Kitchen - the kettle did not work at all. NO water was provided in spite of the advertised two bottles on arrival. Very basic but adequate utensils. The biggest issue for me with the kitchen was the hight of all the plates and bowls. I am 5'2 and could not reach them. Luckily my husband is tall. The pool - is pretty small but nice. We enjoyed the pool a lot. Clean and nicely designed. Our outside balcony deck chairs were old and sketchy, but worked. All and all the cabin is lovely, clean and comfortable. With all the basics provided.

::Lots of concerns. No AC. It matteres, particularly because the neighbors burn stuff. I dont think any of the other reviews mention this. Its liking camping out. Room was clean, but they dont do any service. Kitchen was a mix. Microwave a plus. Small fridge did not freeze anything. No can opener. No vegetable peeler. And the knife was dull. Toilet was a problem, it overflowed one night. Mostly I just thought this place was not a great value. Check the satellite photos, you are a block from the beach. Get To Know Belize Adventures is around the corner. Stop in to arrange a few adventures with them. We particularly enjoyed our full day snorkel with lunch.

::Great cabanas; we were in the green iguana, and I loved it! The unit has everything you need except a blender and ac, but in December it's not too hot all day. Also the screens don't fit great and bugs love to bite me. Even with those concerns of mine the place was nice, the staff was good, the pool was clean and I wish I could stay for months❤️ wonderful place!!!!!

::Well located in the village, close to everything but with just enough privacy. Comfortable units with great porches (even a hammock), a small saltwater pool to cool off in, barbecues and free bicycles that we used every day. The manager, Joerdy, is always available to arrange tours, transportation, and answer any questions or concerns. The man is super efficient and super friendly at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to use any location he manages (a long list). Sitting on the porch every evening, sipping a drink, watching the birds, frogs and lizards in the trees was living the dream.
