  Amazing dinner at leila Franz the chef worked his magic on a fried fish . Very impressed . We also met Noche ( I hope I got the name right ), which was a great host. He got us a free round of beer at the end and told us about the biggest grouper that was fished !!!! Amazing night highly racomanded

  Wonderful curry shrimp & callaloo!. And after dinner the owner & his bro sang to us & got us involved in making music.

  Fascinating introduction to Kriol culture. Franz and Jose are terrific ambassadors for their history. Appreciated the tasty kingfish and breadfruit dinner and jamming on the drum with them. Best part of my trip to Central America.
